Refund policy

At Deloir, all products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@deloir.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not offer refunds for size issues — please refer to our size guide before ordering.

We need unboxing video to prove that damage was from our side

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
